Who this policy covers

This policy explains how [LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME — the registered entity operating Prolio], operating Prolio (https://prolio.site), collects and uses information from visitors and account holders.

Information we collect

Account information — the email address you sign up with (via magic-link or Google sign-in) and any name/profession you provide during onboarding.
Portfolio content — whatever you choose to add to your portfolio (bio, experience, projects, images, and similar). This is your content; publishing it makes the parts your template displays publicly visible at your chosen address.
Billing information — subscription and payment status. Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment processor and are never stored on our servers.
Usage data — aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how the marketing site and app are used (see “Analytics” below).

How we use it

To provide the service (create, edit, and publish your portfolio; process billing; authenticate you); to communicate with you about your account; to maintain and improve Prolio; and to meet legal obligations.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our marketing pages (page views and interactions such as clicking “Get started”). Analytics events do not include your email address, name, portfolio content, account identifiers, or payment information. We do not use analytics to track visitors on individually published portfolio sites (username.prolio.site).

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate Prolio: a database, authentication, and file-storage provider; a payment processor for subscriptions; a hosting provider; and Google Analytics as described above. Each processes only the data necessary to provide their part of the service.

Data retention

We keep your account and portfolio content for as long as your account exists. Downgrading your plan or switching templates never deletes your content — see our Terms of Service for how plan changes affect what’s shown publicly.

Your rights

You can edit or delete most of your content directly from your dashboard at any time. To request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account entirely, contact us at support@prolio.site. Depending on your location, [GOVERNING_JURISDICTION] may give you additional rights over your personal data.

Children's privacy

Prolio is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy
