These Terms govern your use of Prolio (https://prolio.site), operated by [LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME — the registered entity operating Prolio]. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Prolio lets you build a personal portfolio website: you enter information once, choose a design (template), and publish at username.prolio.site. You can change your design at any time without losing your content.
Your account
You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Your content
You own the content you add to your portfolio. By publishing it, you grant us a licence to host and display it as part of the service. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload (text, images, and links).
Plans and billing
Prolio offers Free, Pro, and Premium plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is charged at that time. Cancelling a paid plan keeps it active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan — your content is never deleted by a plan change. Design/project limits above your plan simply stop showing publicly; nothing is removed. See our Refund Policy for refund handling.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Prolio to publish unlawful content, impersonate someone else without authorization, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Our intellectual property
The Prolio software, templates, and branding are owned by [LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME — the registered entity operating Prolio] and are not transferred to you by using the service — only the content you publish.
Termination
You may stop using Prolio at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. Where reasonably possible, your content is retained rather than immediately deleted.

Prolio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by [GOVERNING_JURISDICTION], we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
